Welcome to Agile Protective Services (“APS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your engagement with our security guard services, housekeeping and facility management solutions, manpower supply, consultation, and related operational support services. By accessing our website or availing our services—whether through written agreement, phone confirmation, email, or online enquiry—you agree to comply with these Terms.
Agile Protective Services provides private security personnel, facility management staff, housekeeping services, bouncers, labour supply, and consultancy support for residential, commercial, industrial, and event-based requirements. All deployments are subject to availability, risk assessment, service level agreement (SLA), and compliance protocols.
Services may only be availed by legal entities, businesses, organisations, housing societies, or individuals above 18 years of age. APS reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on feasibility, operational risk, non-compliance, or past conduct.
Before deployment of personnel or commencement of service, clients may be required to execute:

KYC Documents & GST/Business Proof
Scope of Work & Site Instructions
Verbal confirmation or email approval may be treated as official consent to initiate service preparations.
All service fees must be paid as per the quotation, invoice, or mutually agreed schedule.
Monthly contractual services are billed in advance or within 7 days of invoice, unless otherwise specified.
One-time/event services must be paid fully in advance.
Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or withdrawal of manpower without liability on APS.
Post-deployment cancellations are non-refundable.
For pre-deployment cancellations, APS may retain up to 20% of the service fee to cover administrative and operational costs.
Emergency withdrawals requested by the client without notice will be treated as full-service delivery for billing purposes.
Clients must:
Provide a safe working environment, basic utilities (drinking water, restroom access), and necessary equipment where applicable.
Not directly hire, solicit, or poach APS-deployed personnel without prior written approval.
Report misconduct or performance concerns through formal communication channels—no direct disciplinary action should be taken by the client.
APS strictly prohibits misuse of its workforce for illegal, unethical, or hazardous activities. APS reserves the right to terminate services without refund if its personnel or brand reputation is compromised.
APS will provide replacement personnel within a reasonable time frame in case of absenteeism, emergency, or justifiable performance issues. Disputes, if any, shall be handled amicably through written communication.
Any documents, access credentials, security footage, or information shared during service execution will be treated with confidentiality. APS expects clients to maintain discretion over its operational processes and manpower data.
While APS ensures trained and verified personnel, APS shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage unless explicitly covered under a separate liability clause or insurance agreement. Clients are advised to install surveillance systems and access logs for additional accountability.
APS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
